Features
- The LADN22 is a TeSys Deca auxiliary contact block designed to expand the signaling capabilities of your motor starter. It snaps directly onto the front of a contactor, providing additional electrical paths to control indicator lights, signal a PLC, or manage complex interlocking logic without taking up any extra space on the DIN rail.
- This unit features a 2 NO (Normally Open) + 2 NC (Normally Closed) configuration. This versatile "2-and-2" split allows industrial electricians to simultaneously handle multiple tasks such as "sealing in" a start circuit and providing a "running" status signal (using the NO contacts) while managing safety lockouts or fault indicators (using the NC contacts).
- The LADN22 utilizes a tool-free, front-mounting system. It simply clips onto the face of any compatible TeSys Deca (LC1D) contactor. This "click-fit" design allows for rapid field upgrades or maintenance, as the block can be added or replaced in seconds without disturbing the main power wiring of the contactor.
- Engineered with high-integrity contacts, the LADN22 is rated for a minimum switching capacity of 5mA at 17V. This makes it exceptionally reliable for modern automation systems, ensuring that even low-voltage signals sent to a PLC or digital controller are transmitted clearly and without the "contact bounce" issues found in lower-quality alternatives.
- Featuring screw clamp terminals with captive cable clamps, this block ensures a gas-tight, vibration-proof connection. The terminals are IP20 finger-safe, protecting maintenance personnel from accidental contact while providing a robust electrical bond for wires ranging from #18 to #14 AWG.
