Description

TeSys D reversing contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 32A/690V AC-3 (15kW@400V). It provides 120V 50/60Hz AC coils, 2NO+2NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirror certified), connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 3600 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (90mm width), DIN-rail mounting or screw fixing. With pre-wired reversing power connections, mechanical interlock (without electrical interlocking). Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

For industrial panel builders and plant electricians, this configuration eliminates the manual task of cutting and cross-wiring reverse-phase loops, ensuring safe, foolproof directional motor control with zero risk of phase-to-phase short circuits.

  • Each contactor in this reversing assembly comes pre-configured with built-in 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts that utilize mechanically linked and mirror contact architecture. Control technicians can immediately implement an electrical interlock, loop real-time status signals back to a master PLC, or trigger safety pilot lights without ordering add-on contact blocks.
  • Equipped with a standard 120V AC coil running at 50/60 Hz, the contactor is engineered to operate smoothly across a drop-out threshold of 0.3...0.6 Uc and an operational window of 1...1.1 Uc. This wide electrical tolerance prevents contact chatter and dropped control signals when heavy machinery startups pull down localized panel voltage.
