Description
TeSys SK mini-control relay, 2 contacts (2NO), 10A/690V, for control of electromagnetic loads AC-15/DC-13. It provides a 24V DC control circuit with no inrush consumption, connection by screw terminals. For operating rates until 20 cycles/min and ambient temperature -20/+50°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (27mm width), for clipping on a 35mm DIN rail. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC), Green Premium product (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Engineered with a specialized 24V DC standard control coil, this compact unit requires only 2.2 Watts of sealing power to actuate. This ultra-low power draw allows a programmable logic controller (PLC) or transistor I/O card to trigger the relay directly, saving hardware costs and reducing panel wiring complexity by eliminating the need for intermediate interposing relays.
- This mini control relay features a 2 NO (Normally Open) instantaneous contact configuration built with a conventional thermal current rating of 10 A. This optimized dual-pole layout provides the exact density needed to switch multiple auxiliary control loops, manage electrical interlocking systems, or route physical run-state feedback back to your central automation processing unit.
- This device features an integrated, factory-installed bidirectional peak-limiting diode suppressor that clamps dangerous electrical noise at the source. By absorbing destructive inductive back-EMF spikes when the 24V coil de-energizes, it actively shields nearby microprocessors, solid-state electronics, and communication buses from data corruption or component failure.
- Part of the ultra-compact TeSys SK series, this mini control relay features a slim 27mm width footprint that maximizes utilization zones inside tight junction boxes. It supports dual-installation flexibility—clamping securely onto standard 35mm DIN rails or anchoring directly via screw fixing holes—allowing technicians to rapidly drop replacements into preexisting panelboard layouts.
- Built for demanding manufacturing environments, this unit maintains a maximum operating rate of up to 1,200 cycles per hour and delivers an outstanding mechanical lifespan of 10,000,000 switching cycles. The robust internal contacts resist mechanical fatigue from rapid, repetitive worker or system inputs, ensuring continuous process uptime across years of multi-shift operation.
