For automation engineers and OEMs building heavy-duty packaging systems or material handling conveyors, this provides optimal current density and massive dynamic headroom without sacrificing motor slip compensation accuracy.
    • The variable speed drive comes factory-integrated with comprehensive safety functions, highlighted by an onboard Safe Torque Off (STO) terminal loop alongside Safely Limited Speed (SLS) and Safe Stop 1 (SS1) architectures. This embedded infrastructure enables automation teams to satisfy strict machinery directives and regional safety criteria directly through the drive firmware, slashing external component costs and wiring labor.
    • Boasting an ultra-compact book-style physical profile measuring 180mm wide, 330mm high, and 198mm deep, this 6.8 kg variable speed drive is tailored specifically for high-density side-by-side mounting. Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) can vertically stack multiple units right next to one another inside machine frames, maximizing precious horizontal panel space and decreasing total enclosure footprint costs.
    • Built to thrive under unforgiving factory conditions, this inverter features Class 3C3 chemically coated and Class 3S2 mechanically coated printed circuit boards conforming to strict IEC 60721-3-3 standards. This enhanced surface preservation shields sensitive internal surface-mount components from airborne humidity, corrosive gases, and metallic dust particles, supporting operational stability in ambient operating temperatures up to 50 C without requiring derating factor corrections.
    • Out of the box, this module provides native master/slave connectivity for standard Modbus serial and CANopen data networks. Technicians can also expand field telemetry by integrating slide-in communication card modules for EtherCAT, PROFINET, Profibus DP V1, DeviceNet, and EtherNet/IP, allowing for deep integration into any modern industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) control tier.
