- Engineered as a top-tier Square D by Schneider Electric heavy-duty fusible disconnect, this 3-pole (3PST) switch boasts a robust continuous current capacity of 400A. It is designed to act as a primary service entrance disconnect or high-capacity branch isolator, controlling incoming utility energy up to 600V AC or 600V DC.
- Built to withstand major operational stress, this switch manages heavy single-phase or three-phase electrical loads. It carries standard motor ratings of 50 hp at 240V DC and 100 hp at 480V AC, reaching a massive maximum rating of 350 hp at 600V AC and 50 hp at 250V/600V DC when deployed alongside dual-element time-delay fuses.
- The interior features Square D's premium visible-blade architecture. Driven by a spring-loaded, quick-make, quick-break mechanical actuator, the switch opens and closes completely independent of the operator's manual hand speed, preventing damaging contact arcing during critical power isolations.
- Housed in a heavy-duty NEMA Type 1 indoor steel box, this specific model features a premium surface-mount profile measuring 50.25 inches in height, 27.63 inches in width, and 10.13 inches in total depth.
