- This VisiPacT series safety switch features a factory-installed viewing window that allows for instant, clear confirmation of the blade status while the door remains closed and locked. - Built with a heavy-duty NEMA 12 galvannealed steel enclosure and a gray baked enamel finish, this unit is engineered specifically for grueling manufacturing environments. It acts as an impenetrable barrier against falling dirt, circulating dust, lint, fibers, and dripping non-corrosive liquids, preventing internal component degradation and avoiding unplanned downtime.
- This 3-pole, 3-wire fusible disconnect supports up to 200 Amps at 600 VAC/VDC, handling massive motor loads up to 150 hp at 600V AC. The quick-make, quick-break operating mechanism prevents contact arcing, ensuring crisp electrical separation and an extended mechanical lifespan that outperforms standard duty alternatives.
- Designed to enforce strict plant safety protocols, the switch features a dual cover interlock system that mechanically prevents the door from being opened when the switch is in the "ON" position, and blocks the handle from turning "ON" while the cover is open.
