    Description

    This Magelis GTO IP65 touchscreen operator interface (HMI) is supplied with 24V DC, has a 5.7" color TFT LCD display, 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA) and 96MB EPROM. It also has 1 host + 1 mini-B USB ports, 1 RS232C port and 1 Ethernet TCP/IP port. It is ideal for optimized information and communication with automation systems in industry and infrastructure such as compact machines, handling systems, food & beverage machines and pharmaceutical industry. The screen displays text messages, graphic objects and mimic diagrams, control and configuration of data. Its RS485 host port makes it ideal to supervise and control simple systems and machines. It is easily programmable with Vijeo Designer, with almost not coding needed.

    • This Harmony GTO advanced touchscreen features a 5.7-inch backlit color TFT LCD screen displaying up to 65,536 vivid colors at a crisp 320 x 240 pixel QVGA resolution. The high-fidelity color depth allows plant floor workers to immediately differentiate between active processes, warning indicators, and system errors from wide viewing angles, while the 16-level adjustable brightness guarantees perfect legibility under fluctuating factory overhead lighting.
    • Designed with comprehensive industrial networking in mind, this terminal features an integrated 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX Ethernet RJ45 port alongside a Sub-D 9 RS232C serial link, an RS485 port, and dual USB 2.0 connections (Type A and Mini-B). This diverse I/O profile lets controls engineers effortlessly link the HMI simultaneously to upstream SCADA systems and downstream hardware, while native downloadable protocols facilitate plug-and-play communication with Modicon, Modbus, and third-party Siemens MPI networks.
    • Built to thrive in harsh manufacturing spaces, the front panel of this flush-mounting HMI carries strict IP65 and NEMA 4X indoor environmental protection ratings. The rugged, chemical-resistant PPT housing completely isolates internal components from high-pressure water jets, airborne oil mist, and fine metallic dust, eliminating the need for bulky specialized enclosures in food and beverage, warehousing, or pharmaceutical processing lines.
    • The unit features a secure, integrated SD/SDHC card slot capable of hosting memory cards up to 32 GB for extended data capturing and system configuration replication. Complemented by 512 KB of internal battery-backed SRAM that retains critical operating parameters for up to 10 years, your essential production recipe matrices and audit-trail history remain fully secure against sudden power losses.
    • Utilizing a high-precision analog resistive film overlay, the touch-sensitive matrix supports a localized 1024 x 1024 grid for reliable, pixel-perfect button registration. Engineered to survive a minimum mechanical lifespan of 1,000,000 touch cycles, this heavy-duty interface resists mechanical fatigue from repetitive worker inputs, providing years of maintenance-free operation under constant shift changes.
