    Description

    This Magelis STU small touchscreen operator interface (HMI) is supplied with 24V DC, has a 5.7" color TFT LCD display with, 320 x 240 pixels (QVGA) and 32MB EPROM. It also has 1 host + 1 mini-B USB ports, 1 RS232C / RS485 port and 1 Ethernet TCP/IP port. It is ideal for optimized information and communication with automation systems in industry and infrastructure such as compact machines, handling systems, food & beverage machines and pharmaceutical industry. The screen displays graphic pages with monochrome screen. Thanks to its fixing with a 22mm diameter hole, no panel rectangular cut-out is required. Its RS485 host port makes it ideal to supervise and control simple systems and machines.

    • Featuring an innovative modular design, this terminal mounts directly into a standard 22mm circular borehole the same size used for typical industrial pilot lights and buttons. This unique "push-button" mounting style eliminates the need for precision panel sawing, drastically reducing installation labor costs and allowing machine builders to easily integrate high-end touch controls into compact enclosures.
    • The high-contrast 320 x 240 pixel display supports up to 65,536 colors, providing sharp, synoptic views of your industrial processes and real-time alerts. This vibrant interface ensures critical system status and diagnostic information are visible even in low-light factory environments, helping operators make faster, more accurate decisions to maintain peak production efficiency.
    • Outfitted with integrated Ethernet TCP/IP, RJ45 Serial (RS-232C/485), and dual USB ports, the HMISTU855 supports a wide range of protocols including Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, and Uni-TE. This flexible communication architecture allows for seamless data exchange with Schneider Electric PLCs or third-party controllers, simplifying the integration of your compact machines into larger industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) infrastructures.
    • The front panel is engineered to meet NEMA 4X and IP65 standards, making it fully dust-tight and resistant to high-pressure water jets and corrosion. Designed specifically for the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and wastewater industries, this ruggedized construction protects internal electronics from harsh chemical splashes and airborne contaminants, ensuring a long service life in demanding industrial settings.
