Description
Decora Combination Occupancy Sensor with Fan Switch, single pole/single pole. Fan Load (Blue Wire): 1/4 HP Fan, 300W LED/CFL, 600W Incandescent/Halogen, 400VA MLV/ELV. Light Load (Red Wire): 150W LED/CFL, 250W Incandescent/Halogen, 200VA MLV, 250VA ELV, 2A Resistive. Can be installed with or without a neutral wire, wallplate sold separately. Can be used to comply with the requirements California Title 24, Part 6, Automatic-off Controls and IECC – White
Features
- Ideal for Bathroom, basement, laundry room and home spa
- Two single pole switches, one motion sensor switch with light icon for auto ON/auto OFF and second switch with fan icon to control exhaust fans or other loads for manual ON/OFF control, or use as a countdown timer
- Low profile design blends in with walls for a discreet appearance
- For use in any home, new or old - can be connected to Neutral wire if Neutral is present in the wallbox; or to Earth ground if no Neutral wire is present in the wallbox
- Zero Cross turn-on technology extends the life of switching relays
