Description
Amp-Trap® midget fast-acting ATM fuses are rated 600 volts AC and DC, with a 100kA interrupting rating. These ratings give the ATM a wide range of applications not covered by other midget fuses. In addition, ratings of 30/35, 30/40 and 30/50 amperes are offered for specific applications such as capacitor protection. These ATM fuses must still be considered 30A fuses because of their dimensions, but are able to withstand much higher inrush currents and tougher duty cycles. (Not for Branch Circuit Protection).

- Engineered as a 6A, 600V AC/DC fast-acting fuse, the ATM6 provides rapid, current-limiting response times to interrupt electrical faults almost instantly. This hyper-reactive speed isolates short circuits before excessive energy can downstream, safeguarding vulnerable solid-state components, control transformers, and PLC I/O modules from catastrophic thermal damage.
- Featuring the highly standardized 13/32 in times 1-1/2 in (10 times 38 mm) dimensions, this midget fuse ensures seamless mechanical compatibility with standard finger-safe fuse blocks and disconnect switches. The uniform shape allows commercial electricians and panel builders to quickly execute field replacements or upgrades without the hassle of swapping out the underlying DIN-rail hardware.
- With a massive 100,000-amp interrupting rating (AIR) at 600V, this compact fuse is built to safely extinguish severe electrical arcs without exploding or rupturing its casing. This robust capacity gives industrial engineers peace of mind, ensuring compliance with strict OSHA and NEC® regulations regarding high available fault current zones.
