Description
This green illuminated switch head for universal LED provides an ergonomic interface for controlling your machines. It is supplied with standard handle and can easily be installed on compatible selector switch units. It provides a clear help in setting your machines in various operating modes, even in darker control rooms. It offers a clear visual feedback. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP69K. It makes it ideal for operation in harsh environments.
Features
- Engineered for standard 22mm industrial control panels, this Harmony XB5 operator seamlessly fits standard industry cutouts and mounts directly onto Harmony XB5 plastic fixing collars. Please note that this is the modular operator head component only; a matching ZB5AZ009 fixing collar, contact blocks, and an integral universal LED light module must be sourced separately to complete your control station circuit.
- Equipped with a vibrant green translucent standard lever, this illuminated selector switch head distributes intense, uniform backlighting when paired with a universal LED module. The high-contrast color provides immediate, unambiguous status feedback from across the plant floor, ensuring panel operators can quickly verify machine status even in low-light environments or dark control rooms.
- Constructed from premium, impact-resistant dark grey plastic, this rugged assembly carries elite NEMA 4X/13 and IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings. It is fully certified to withstand high-pressure water jets up to 7,000,000 Pa at 55 C and resists severe dust, vibrations, and corrosive chemical washdowns, making it ideal for food processing, automotive, and heavy industrial automation applications.
- This genuine Schneider Electric component is UL 508 Listed and CSA C22.2 No 14 certified, complying fully with international safety standards including EN/IEC 60947-5-1.
