Description
This Harmony XB5, illuminated modular red push button operates with a spring return mechanism, is supplied with 24V AC/DC, uses a universal LED and screw clamp terminals. This illuminated push button provides an ergonomic and visual interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter panel cut-outs and connected to control circuits with classic screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a bright and long lasting LED illumination. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its plastic bezel makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation.
Features
- This complete, pre-assembled illuminated push button features a standard 22.5 mm mounting diameter, making it a drop-in replacement for any classic industrial control panel setup. The standardized Harmony XB5 design eliminates the need for panel modifications or custom drilling, allowing industrial electricians to streamline maintenance turnarounds and significantly minimize system downtime.
- Equipped with 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) slow-break silver alloy contacts, this unit provides versatile simultaneous signaling for electrical control circuits. The slow-break mechanism guarantees stable electrical performance up to 600V, providing reliable emergency signaling or state switching for heavy-duty motor starters and automation relays.
- Designed with an energy-efficient, integral universal LED rated for a 24V AC/DC supply voltage (50/60 Hz) this vibrant red flush lens delivers steady, clear visual status updates even from across a busy shop floor. With an exceptional service life of up to 100,000 hours at rated voltage, it dramatically reduces field replacements and avoids false indicator headaches caused by premature bulb burnouts.
- Featuring a rugged dark grey plastic bezel and fixing collar, this assembly delivers superb double electrical insulation and excellent resistance to harsh chemical agents. Engineered to withstand demanding sanitation protocols, it handles high-pressure washer forces up to 7,000,000 Pa at 55 C.
