Features
- Featuring four high-resolution analog inputs and two analog outputs, this Modicon TM3 module provides a dense, all-in-one interface for monitoring and controlling sensors and actuators. Integrating multiple functions into a single expansion block reduces your total hardware footprint and lowers the overall cost of your PLC system for sophisticated automation projects.
- This versatile module supports a wide range of industry-standard signals, including 0-10V, -10V to +10V, and 4-20mA for both inputs and outputs. This broad compatibility allows industrial engineers to seamlessly connect pressure transducers, flow meters, and variable frequency drives (VFDs) without the need for external signal converters or specialized hardware.
- With 12-bit resolution for inputs and outputs (reaching 4096 increments), the TM3AM6 delivers the high-level precision required for accurate temperature regulation and fluid control. This granular data processing ensures your Modicon M221, M241, or M251 logic controller receives highly responsive feedback, maintaining strict quality control and reducing waste in your production line.
- Engineered with a tool-free "bus expansion" connector on the side, this module snaps directly onto a standard 35mm DIN rail and links to your controller in seconds. This modular design significantly reduces wiring labor and assembly time, allowing for rapid scalability of your control cabinet when your facility requires additional I/O capacity.
