Description

This robot belongs to the Lexium SCARA robot range. It is a high-speed industrial robot with high movement accuracies. Its work area is 500mm, its stroke length is 200mm, its maximum payload capacity is 6kg and its communication is via a Sercos 3 fieldbus. It is designed to improve productivity and efficiency in manufacturing and assembly processes. The working range of the first axis is 130degrees, second axis is 129degrees, third axis is 360degrees. The maximum speeds are 7050mm per second for axes 1 and 2 combined, 1100mm per second for axis 3, and 2150deg per second for axis 4. It weighs 27kg. It is intended for industrial applications such as Assembly, Loading and unloading, Pick-and-place, Packaging, and Material handling. This SCARA robot comply with the CE and UKCA certifications. It is compatible with LMC402, LMC802, and LMC902 Motion controllers and is configurable with ESME Machine Expert software. it is sold individually per package. This robot is mounted on the ground, on its base, with 6 fixing points. The Lexium SCARA, with its built-in controller and precise tracking mechanisms, offers an all-in-one ultra-compact, high-speed, and precise robotic system. The SCARA robot range expands the industrial robotics portfolio.
