Description
QO Loadcentres offer premium features by allowing QO breakers, ground fault interrupters, arc fault interrupters, and surge arresters to be installed inside. QO Loadcentres are designed for residential and industrial use to protect electrical systems, equipment, and people. They are available in both traditional and plug on neutral configurations. There is 3 types of mains available. There is main circuit breaker, main lugs, and generator panel. Single and three phase options are available. The bus bars are tin plated copper and are shielded. Indoor and outdoors enclosures are an option. QO Loadcentres enable the use of a full complement of accessories. This 1 phase loadcentre has 16 spaces and 30 circuits. This system provides a 100A main lugs in a NEMA 1 enclosure. It also includes plug on neutral, ground bar, combination cover, and CSA rated.
Features
- This QO Load Center is specifically designed for Schneider Electric’s innovative Plug-On Neutral (PON) system, allowing for a direct connection from the breaker to the neutral bar. This eliminates the need for messy pigtails on CAFI and DFCI breakers, reducing gutter clutter by up to 20% and significantly speeding up installation for residential electricians and contractors.
- Equipped with a pre-installed 100-Amp main lug, this unit is perfectly suited for use as a sub-panel in residential or light commercial applications where a main service disconnect is already present upstream. The 16-space, 24-circuit capacity provides ample room for expanding power to ADUs, workshops, or basement renovations without the need for a full service upgrade.
- The rugged NEMA 1 indoor enclosure is treated with a specialized "shield-wash" phosphate coating and finished with an electro-deposited gray powder paint. This superior corrosion resistance ensures the panel remains structurally sound and visually clean over decades of service, protecting your sensitive electrical distribution hardware from rust and environmental degradation.
- To ensure a faster, more cost-effective setup, this model comes with a factory-included ground bar already mounted. This saves you the hassle of sourcing separate components and ensures that your grounding system is correctly bonded from day one, meeting strict NEC safety requirements and providing a reliable path for fault currents to protect your household electronics.
