Description
Motor Logic solid state overload relays are designed to protect 50/60 Hz, 3 phase AC motors from overload, phase unbalance, and phase loss conditions. Motor Logic overload relays use this isolation alarm contact. This alarm contact can be 1 normally open or 1 normally closed contact that will close when the motor logic overload relay is tripped. This can be used to send an alarm signal. The contact is field convertible. The contact is 600 volt rated. Kit is UL Listed.
Features
- Engineered as a high-reliability auxiliary contact block, this Square D by Schneider Electric accessory functions as an isolated alarm contact module. It is designed to physically attach to a Motor Logic solid-state overload relay, giving automated networks a dedicated hardware path to detect when a motor has experienced a fault.
- Officially cataloged under the NEMA Class 9999 series, this auxiliary block interfaces with Square D Class 8536, and 8736 Type S motor starters, as well as standalone Class 9065 solid-state overload relays (Types SF, SR, SS, ST, and SA to SJ). It scales uniformly across all NEMA frame sizes from Size 00B up to Size 7 configurations.
