Description

Harmony Plug in Relays is a complete range of general purpose industrial relays, sockets and accessories. Harmony plug in relays optimize design flexibility, expedite installation and simplify maintenance with 8 to 30 A load ratings, multiple contact combinations, a wide range of coil voltages, and full feature covers. The Harmony plug in relays have a test button which allows users to check circuits for proper operation. They have lock down door holds contacts in place to test circuits during maintenance. A standard mechanical flag indicates relay status. An optional bipolar LED indicates operation when relay is energized. Most of these relays plug into a relay socket that can be DIN rail mounted or panel mounted. Harmony plug in relays are UL Listed. Workability for hard-wired logic automated systems to complement the functions of industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Features

The Schneider RPM22F7 is a high-performance, plug-in power relay from the Harmony RP range. Unlike standard control relays, the RPM series is designed to handle higher current loads, making it suitable for direct control of small motors, heaters, and heavy solenoids.
The "22" in the part number indicates the contact arrangement: 2 C/O (Changeover) or DPDT (Double Pole Double Throw) contacts. This means you have two independent sets of contacts that can switch between a Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) state, providing great flexibility for interlocking or reversing circuits.
The "F7" suffix specifies that the relay's coil operates on 120V AC at 50/60 Hz. This is the standard control voltage for most Canadian and North American industrial panels, allowing for direct integration without additional power supplies.
Each pole of the RPM22F7 is rated for a conventional thermal current ($I_{th}$) of 15 Amps. This high current rating allows it to switch loads that would typically require a larger, more expensive contactor, yet it remains in a compact, plug-in relay format.
