    Description

    Harmony Plug in Relays is a complete range of general purpose industrial relays, sockets and accessories. Harmony plug in relays optimize design flexibility, expedite installation and simplify maintenance with 8 to 30 A load ratings, multiple contact combinations, a wide range of coil voltages, and full feature covers. The Harmony plug in relays have a test button which allows users to check circuits for proper operation. They have lock down door holds contacts in place to test circuits during maintenance. A standard mechanical flag indicates relay status. An optional bipolar LED indicates operation when relay is energized. Most of these relays plug into a relay socket that can be DIN rail mounted or panel mounted. Harmony plug in relays are UL Listed. "It enables easy installation and connect to relay from its socket."     Features

    • The Schneider RPZF2 is a high-performance mounting base designed specifically for the Harmony RPM2 series of power plug-in relays (2 C/O contacts). It acts as the interface between your control wiring and the relay, allowing for easy installation, testing, and replacement without disturbing the permanent cabinet wiring.
    • This socket features a mixed contact layout, where the coil terminals and contact terminals are separated into logical groups. This organization helps panel builders maintain a clean wire aesthetic and reduces the risk of wiring errors, especially in complex control loops where high-voltage power and low-voltage control signals are both present.
    • The RPZF2 offers dual mounting flexibility. It features an integrated clip for standard 35mm DIN rail (IEC 60715) for high-density industrial panels, but also includes mounting holes for direct screw attachment to a back panel. This makes it a versatile choice for both modern automated cabinets and older, custom-built enclosures.
    • Despite its compact size, the RPZF2 is rated for a conventional thermal current of 15 Amps and a maximum operating voltage of 250V. This high capacity makes it suitable for heavy-duty industrial applications, such as controlling large solenoid valves, heating elements, or providing intermediate switching for motor starters.
    • The socket is equipped with IP20-rated screw clamp terminals. These "captive" screws are designed to provide a high-pressure connection that resists loosening due to industrial vibration. The terminals are also "finger-safe," protecting maintenance staff from accidental contact with live electrical points while the relay is being serviced.
