Description
This Harmony RPM power plug-in relay has a coil control voltage of 24V DC and has 1 changeover contact SPDT (single pole double throw) with a rating of 15A. It has large choice of number of contacts for high rated current use. It also offers LED indicator to alert on the current status of the relay. It helps to reduce the size of enclosures and increase machine reliability, you can mount nearly everywhere. This RPM product is IP40. Workability for hard-wired logic automated systems to complement the functions of industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Features
- Featuring a heavy-duty 15-Amp Changeover (1PDT) contact configuration, this power relay is specifically engineered to bridge the gap between low-power control signals and demanding electrical loads. It easily manages high-startup current spikes from fractional horsepower motors, pumps, heating elements, and industrial lighting arrays, eliminating the need for a bulkier contactor in space-constrained enclosures.
- Outfitted with a precision-wound 24V DC coil consuming only 0.85 Watts, this relay connects seamlessly to standard automation controllers, PLCs, and I/O cards. The low power draw reduces thermal loading inside tightly packed control cabinets, while the integrated coil protection safeguards sensitive solid-state upstream electronics from damaging voltage spikes during de-energization.
- Designed with an ergonomic, front-mounted mechanical test button, this unit allows technicians to manually actuate the contacts with a single press. Additionally, an integrated pull-out locking shutter lets you hold the contacts closed indefinitely for fast, hands-free loop testing and diagnostic tracing during commissioning or scheduled maintenance windows.
- This relay features both a high-visibility LED indicator and a separate mechanical flag window. The LED provides immediate electrical confirmation that the coil is energized, even in poorly lit factory environments, while the mechanical flag gives a foolproof visual reading of the physical contact position when the control panel is completely powered down for lockout-tagout servicing.
