Description
This Harmony XB5, modular white push button operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism and uses screw clamp terminals. It is marked with a "Up arrow" symbol. This push button provides a simple and robust control to machines and processes. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. Its schematic is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to clear colors and markings, minimizing errors during initial wiring and later maintenance operations. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its plastic bezel makes it ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation.

- Designed for seamless integration, this Harmony XB5 component features a standard 22mm mounting diameter that directly retrofits into existing industry-standard industrial control panels and motor stations. The modular, compact round shape maximizes space layout optimization, allowing plant floor technicians to minimize overall panel footprint without overlapping adjacent operator interfaces.
- Engineered to withstand the harshest processing environments, this switch carries an extensive range of ingress ratings including IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K. It completely blocks out dust, oil, and aggressive water jets up to 7,000,000 Pa at 55 C, ensuring flawless long-term performance in food processing, packaging, and outdoor wastewater applications where rigorous cleaning is mandatory.
- Built for heavy-duty control circuit versatility, this unit has a thermal current rating up to 10A and reliably switches operational loads from 6A at 120VAC up to 0.55A at 125VDC.
- Equipped with robust, universal screw clamp terminals, this assembly easily accepts solid or stranded field wiring up to 2 x 1.5 mm2 with cable ends or up to 2 x 2.5 mm2 without. The multi-slotted terminal screws are fully compatible with Philips No. 1, Pozidriv No. 1, and standard flathead screwdrivers, speeding up wiring processes during time-sensitive field repairs and retrofit maintenance windows.
- Constructed from premium, impact-resistant dark grey plastic, this momentary switch is rated for an extraordinary mechanical life of 10,000,000 cycles and an electrical life of 1,000,000 cycles.
