    Description

    Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. It has clear color scheme. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

    Features

    • Universally compatible with all Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 (metal) and XB5 (plastic) 22mm operators. Whether you are building a new panel with a standard push button, selector switch, or emergency stop, this block snaps directly onto the mounting collar.
    • This is a 1 N.O. (Normally Open) contact block featuring a slow-break mechanism. It is the exact replacement or add-on you need for circuits that must close when actuated perfect for motor start buttons, PLC inputs, and signaling devices. (Looking for Normally Closed? You need the ZBE102).
    • Designed for fast, tool-free physical installation via a snap-fit front mount. Electrically, it utilizes highly secure screw clamp terminals that accept both rigid and flexible wires (up to 14 AWG), ensuring a vibration-resistant connection in heavy machinery.
    • Depending on your specific operator, you can stack multiple ZBE101 blocks together (up to 3 rows deep, or 9 total contacts on standard non-illuminated buttons) to control several distinct circuits from a single operator
    • Built for harsh factory environments, it features highly conductive silver alloy (Ag/Ni) contacts and boasts a mechanical life of 10 million cycles. Rated for 10A and up to 600V, and backed by strict UL, CSA, and IEC certifications, it guarantees long-term reliability for your commercial control systems.
