Description
Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.
Features
- Pre-configured with a single Normally Open (N.O.) silver-alloy contact, this unit completes the electrical circuit the moment the button is depressed. It is optimized for low-energy switching and high-cycle reliability, giving you a crisp, responsive tactile feedback that ensures operators can control heavy machinery or motor starters with absolute precision.
- Featuring intuitive screw clamp connections, this block accepts both solid and stranded wire (up to 2 x 1.5 mm2 with cable ends) for a fast, "shake-proof" installation. This design eliminates the need for specialized crimping tools, significantly reducing labor time during panel assembly and allowing for rapid onsite maintenance or wiring adjustments in the field.
- Part of the flexible Harmony XB5 system, this body/contact assembly is fully interchangeable with a wide range of non-illuminated pushbutton heads, selector switches, and mushroom caps. This modularity allows industrial engineers to standardize their spare parts inventory, reducing overhead costs while providing the versatility to adapt control stations to specific operational needs.
- Built to meet IP20 protection standards and carrying UL, CSA, and CE certifications, this contact block is engineered to perform reliably in temperatures ranging from -40 C to 70 C.
