Description
TeSys D instantaneous auxiliary contact block, for contactors LC1D, LC1F and control relays CAD. It provides 1NO contacts rated up to 10A/690V AC, connection by screw clamp terminals. Clip-on front mounting, it procures high reliability and durability. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

- Engineered for seamless mechanical integration, this add-on component features a tool-free, front clip-on mounting mechanism that snaps directly onto the face of any standard TeSys Deca or TeSys D contactor (including models LC1D80 to LC1D115) as well as TeSys F (LC1F) control relays. This drop-in compatibility means you can expand your current industrial control panel footprint vertically without consuming precious extra DIN rail space.
- This auxiliary contact block provides 1 Normally Open (1 NO) instantaneous contact composition that functions in perfect synchronization with the main poles of the parent contactor. It acts as an efficient feedback loop or status indicator for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and pilot lights, instantly signaling when the main power circuit is engaged to ensure precise system diagnostics.
- Built to manage heavy duty industrial control workloads, this contact block boasts a conventional free air thermal current (Ith) of 10 A and a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of up to 690 V conforming to the IEC 60947-5-1 standard (600 V certified for UL and CSA applications). This high voltage threshold protects your low-voltage control circuits against transient voltage spikes and catastrophic insulation breakdown during high-amperage switching sequences.
- Outfitted with robust multi-standard screw clamp terminals, this block accommodates a highly versatile range of wiring choices including single or double flexible and rigid conductors from 1 mm² up to 4 mm² (with or without cable ends). The specialized terminal design accepts flathead, Phillips No. 2, or Pozidriv No. 2 screwdrivers at a high tightening torque of 1.7 N.m, eliminating loose wire connections caused by intense industrial machine vibrations.
