TeSys GV accessory, combination block for motor starter assembly. For the connection between a motor circuit breaker GV2 or a fuse carrier LS1D32 and contactor LC1D09-D38. To be used when the assembly is mounted directly on DIN rails. Sold in lots of 10 units. Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- The Schneider GV2AF3 is a specialized electrical connection link designed to bridge the gap between a manual motor starter and a contactor. It provides a rigid, high-conductivity 3-phase connection that eliminates the need for manual wiring between components, resulting in a cleaner, faster, and more reliable motor starter assembly.
- This combination block is engineered to connect a TeSys GV2 (GV2ME or GV2P) motor circuit breaker or an LS1D32 fuse carrier to a TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) contactor. Specifically, it is compatible with contactor models LC1D09 through LC1D38, creating a unified Power Control and Protection (PCP) unit.
- By using the GV2AF3, you create a "compact starter" that mounts directly onto a single 35mm DIN rail. This integrated assembly significantly reduces the vertical footprint inside your electrical cabinet compared to using two separate components with looped wiring, allowing for more high-density control configurations.
- Designed for rapid assembly, the block features integrated pins that slide directly into the screw-clamp terminals of both the circuit breaker and the contactor. Once the terminals are tightened, the GV2AF3 creates a vibration-resistant, permanent mechanical and electrical bond that is ideal for industrial machinery subject to constant movement.
- The GV2AF3 is rated for an operational current of up to 32 Amps and is designed for 3-pole (3P) applications. Its heavy-duty copper construction ensures minimal voltage drop and heat generation, providing the reliable power transfer necessary for 600V industrial motor circuits.
