Description
TeSys D instantaneous auxiliary contact block, for contactors LC1D, LC1F and control relays CAD. It provides 2NO contacts rated up to 10A/690V AC, connection by screw clamp terminals. Clip-on front mounting, it procures high reliability and durability. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- The Schneider Electric LADN20 is a 2-pole auxiliary contact block designed to snap directly onto the front face of a TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) contactor. This vertical mounting style allows you to expand your control logic without increasing the width of the motor starter, making it the perfect solution for crowded Canadian control panels where horizontal space is at a premium.
- This block features 2 NO (Normally Open) instantaneous contacts that close the moment the contactor is energized. These are typically used for "seal-in" (latching) circuits to keep a motor running after a start button is released, and for providing "Run" status feedback to a PLC or signaling tower.
- Designed for rapid deployment, the LADN20 features a tool-free mounting system. It clips into the built-in slots on the front of LC1D09 through LC1D150 contactors. This mechanical linkage ensures the auxiliary contacts move in perfect synchronization with the main power poles, allowing for instant field upgrades without disassembling the starter.
- The LADN20 is engineered with high-performance contacts capable of switching low-power signals down to 17V and 5mA. This ensures reliable communication with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and sensitive electronic inputs, preventing the "dry circuit" failures that often occur with standard power-rated contacts.
