Description
TeSys D contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 65A/440V AC-3/3e (30kW@400V). It provides a 120V 60Hz AC coil, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirror certified), power connection by EverLink BTR screw connectors, control connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 3600 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (55mm width), DIN-rail mounting or screw fixing. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

- Designed for AC-3 applications up to 65A (30kW at 400V), this 3-pole contactor is engineered to manage the intense electrical demands of industrial pumps, fans, and compressors. - Featuring a high-efficiency G7-coded 120V AC coil, this unit integrates seamlessly with standard North American industrial control voltage standards. The coil is optimized for low power consumption during hold, minimizing heat generation within your enclosure and protecting sensitive adjacent electronic components from thermal stress.
- Equipped with built-in 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) auxiliary contacts as standard, this contactor provides immediate feedback to your PLC or control system. These integrated contacts allow for easy implementation of electrical interlocking and status monitoring without the added expense or physical footprint of snap-on accessory blocks.
- Utilizing Schneider Electric’s patented EverLink BTR screw technology, this contactor maintains consistent pressure on power cables even as wires "creep" or cold-flow over time. This permanent tightening technology eliminates the need for periodic re-torqueing, significantly reducing the risk of overheating at the terminals and preventing localized electrical fires.
