Description
FSPDBs introduce a new level of safety and ease for installing power distribution blocks. An IP20 level of finger safe protection is achieved using the FSPDBs and thus eliminates the need for special covers or custom Plexiglas sheets to protect your panels. FSPDBs (sizes 1 to 4) simply snap onto 35mm DIN rail to provide the quickest installation. And since they are modular, you can form any number of poles desired. If multi-pole panel mounting is desired, multiple-pole assembly pins are available. FSPDBs provide a safe, convenient way of splicing cables, splitting primary power into a variety of secondary circuits or providing a fixed junction tap-off point.

- Engineered with fully insulated nylon housings and deeply recessed termination screws, this unit provides certified IP20 touch safety right out of the box. By eliminating the need for expensive plexiglass shields or custom barrier covers, it reduces installation costs while satisfying strict safety mandates for high-density industrial control panels.
- Featuring a high-conductivity, tin-plated aluminum box connector setup, the single-pole architecture accepts one primary input wire ranging from 14 to 2/0 AWG and splits it into four independent secondary lines ranging from 14 to 2 AWG. This layout makes it easy to divide main feeder lines into distinct sub-circuits, speeding up wiring for industrial machinery and multi-motor setups.
- When paired with appropriate upstream protection—such as 200A Class J, T, or RK1 current-limiting fuses—this distribution block achieves a high short-circuit current rating (SCCR) of 100 kA. This exceptional fault-withstand capability keeps industrial automation lines compliant with modern panelboard safety standards and prevents catastrophic explosive damage during downstream electrical failure
- Built with an integrated DIN-rail adapter on a compact, space-saving footprint, this modular block snaps directly onto standard 35mm DIN rails without requiring extra baseplates or mounting hardware. The layout allows for quick multi-pole configurations using simple assembly pins, and features captive termination screws that cannot be lost or dropped during field installation.
