Description
LP1K0601BD is a compact 3-pole TeSys K contactor from Schneider Electric for motor applications. Rated 9A AC-3 4kW@400V, it includes a 24V DC coil and 1NC auxiliary contact allowing easy integration to all control systems. LP1K0601BD is a 3-pole TeSys K contactor from Schneider Electric for simple motor applications rated up to 2.2kW@400V. Very compact, DIN-rail compatible, with connections by screw clamp terminals, it can be easily integrated into all control systems thanks to its 24V DC coil and 1NC built-in auxiliary contact. Available worldwide, it complies with multi-standards (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine). Very compact, 45mm wide, for DIN-rail and panel mounting. Ready for connection to all control systems thanks to a 24V DC control voltage and 1NC built-in auxiliary contact. Optimized for simple power applications. Can be completed with auxiliary contact blocks (LA1K, LA2K) and thermal relays (LR2K).
Features
- As part of the space-saving TeSys K miniature range, this compact 3-pole contactor measures just 45mm in width, 58mm in height, and 57mm in depth. This ultra-slim profile allows industrial automation engineers and panel builders to maximize DIN rail density and minimize enclosure dimensions without sacrificing industrial-grade switching performance.
- Engineered for modern automated systems, the 24V DC standard control circuit operates directly with standard PLC outputs and industrial DC power supplies. Featuring a low hold-in power consumption of just 3W, it reduces heat dissipation inside the panel and lowers the current draw on your 24V DC bus components.
- This non-reversing contactor comes equipped with a factory-integrated, instantaneous 1 NC (Normally Closed) auxiliary contact. This built-in signaling contact lets you immediately establish safety interlocking or provide real-world status feedback to your PLC control system right out of the box, saving both installation time and accessory costs.
- Built to endure rigorous duty cycles, the LP1K0601BD boasts a mechanical durability rating of 10 million cycles and an electrical lifespan of 1.3 million cycles under full AC-3 load. This highly dependable, long-term operation prevents premature hardware failures and drastically lowers machine downtime in demanding automated manufacturing environments.
- This premium contactor is fully CSA certified (C22.2 No 14), UL listed (UL 508), and IEC/EN 60947 compliant, guaranteeing it adheres to strict safety and performance regulations.
