Description
TeSys K contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 9A/690V AC-3 (4kW@400V), and for non-inductive load control applications up to 20A/690V AC-1. It provides a 24V DC coil, 1NC built-in auxiliary contact, connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 600 cycles/hour and environments until 50°C, it procures reliability and durability to standard applications. Very compact (45mm width), DIN-rail mounting or screw fixing. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

- Measuring a highly compact 45mm x 58mm x 57mm, the Schneider Electric TeSys K miniature contactor integrates seamlessly into dense electrical enclosures, saving valuable DIN rail real estate. This allows panel builders and industrial automation engineers to maximize cabinet density without compromising on thermal management or system layout flexibility.
- Engineered for high efficiency, the standard 24V DC control circuit features an exceptionally low inrush and holding power consumption of just 3W. This minimizes heat dissipation within the panel and significantly reduces the load on your 24V power supplies, preventing voltage drops and eliminating the need for bulky, expensive cooling systems.
- This 3-pole (3 NO) contactor safely manages up to 9A under AC-3/AC-3e duty cycles for operational voltages up to 440V AC, translating to robust control for 4 kW motors at 380-415V. For resistive heating and lighting applications, it boasts an AC-1 rating of up to 20A, ensuring versatile, reliable switching across various industrial and commercial automation setups.
- Equipped with an integrated, instantaneous 1 NC (Normally Closed) base auxiliary contact, this model allows for immediate status feedback or safety electrical interlocking without buying costly add-on blocks. It safely switches low-current signaling circuits down to 5 mA at 17V, ensuring reliable communication with PLC inputs or telemetry systems.
