Description
This transmitter is part of the range Harmony XB5R plastic and XB4R metal wireless and batteryless pushbuttons. It features a transmitter for wireless and batteryless pushbutton. It provides 1 radio frame sent at the push of the button and 1 radio frame sent at the release of the button. It operates with the protocol Zigbee green power 2.4 GHz in compliance with IEEE 802.15.4. It weighs 25g. This transmitter is only compatible with receiver ZBRRp version greater than or equal to 2.0, relay antenna ZBRA1 version greater than or equal to 2.0, and access point ZBRNp version greater than 1.2.
Features
- Powered by innovative self-regenerating energy harvesting technology, the ZBRT2 converts the mechanical force of a finger press into electrical energy to transmit a 2,404 MHz ZigBee® radio signal. This completely eliminates the recurring labor costs of replacing batteries, removes the need to run control cables through long conduit paths, and minimizes downtime caused by worn or damaged field wiring.
- Boasting a robust line-of-sight transmission range of up to 300 meters (or approximately 25 meters when installed inside a standard metal enclosure with an external antenna), this transmitter provides highly reliable remote control capabilities over vast factory floors. The integrated omnidirectional antenna ensures consistent communication even around structural barriers, making it ideal for managing conveyor lines, overhead cranes, and remote pumping stations.
- Designed to clip directly into standard Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 metal and XB5 plastic 22mm pushbutton bodies, this compact transmitter integrates seamlessly into your existing operator interface layouts. This modular design allows facility maintenance technicians to instantly upgrade standard wired pushbuttons to cutting-edge wireless devices without modifying the existing panel cutouts or enclosure doors.
