Description
This Harmony XB4 modular black selector switch has 2 positions, operates with a stay-put mechanism. It has a metal bezel. This selector switch provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected to your control circuits with simple screw-clamp connections. It provides an effective manner to set your machine in various operating modes. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments.
Features
- This heavy-duty selector switch features a 2-position, 90-degree throw layout with a maintained (stay-put) actuation mechanism. Once turned from left to right, the standard black handle locks securely into the selected position, providing an unyielding physical and visual status indication that prevents accidental resets in critical automation control circuits.
- Supplied as a complete, pre-assembled unit, this selector switch features 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) contact block arrangement with a slow-break operation. The high-performance contacts are rated up to 600V AC/DC at 10 A, allowing industrial technicians to simultaneously route high-reliability run signals and safety interlocking commands from a single mounting point.
- Built on the legacy Harmony XB4 22mm modular platform, this switch features a premium chromium-plated metal bezel and a robust fixing collar. This silver-alloy metal core provides exceptional structural resistance against mechanical impacts and persistent factory-floor vibrations up to 5 gn, completely eliminating the cracking and stripped threads common with plastic alternatives.
- Engineered to meet strict IP67, IP69, and IP69K ingress ratings, alongside NEMA 4X, and 13 standards, this oil-tight and waterproof operator handles high-pressure, high-temperature water jets without failure. It completely blocks out splashing water, cleaning detergents, cutting oils, and metallic dust, ensuring reliable performance in harsh food processing or automotive manufacturing environments.
- Designed for rapid integration into industry-standard 22mm panel cutouts, this module utilizes a specialized single-screw fixing system that locks onto the mounting collar with up to 0.14 N.m of torque.
