Description

Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

Features

The ZB4BZ105 is a complete electrical block assembly from the Harmony XB4 metal range. It includes the ZB4BZ009 mounting collar (the "body") and one ZBE101 (Normally Open) and one ZBE102 (Normally Closed) contact block. This assembly is the "engine" behind a 22mm push button, converting the physical press of the button into electrical signals for your control system.
This configuration 1 NO + 1 NC is one of the most versatile in industrial automation. It allows you to simultaneously trigger two different actions. For example, pressing the button could start a motor (using the Normally Open contact) while simultaneously turning off a "Ready" indicator light (using the Normally Closed contact).
Part of the XB4 line, the mounting collar is made of high-strength chromium-plated metal. This is designed to withstand the high torque and vibration found in Canadian mining, forestry, and heavy manufacturing environments, where plastic components might crack or loosen over time.
The contact blocks feature heavy-duty screw clamp terminals designed for a gas-tight connection. These terminals are engineered to resist loosening even in high-vibration applications, ensuring reliable electrical continuity for both standard control wiring and low-energy PLC inputs.
One of the best features of the Harmony range is its modularity. You can easily snap on additional ZBE contact blocks to this base (up to 3 blocks across, or 6 total if stacked) to accommodate more complex control logic without needing to replace the entire assembly.
