Description
PowerPact B-frame circuit breaker, offers proven performance, flexibility, and reliability. This PowerPact Molded Case Circuit Breaker feature new innovations such as the patented EverLink™ connections. PowerPact B-frame circuit breakers provides economical thermal magnetic circuit protection with a breaking capacity of 25kA at 220 / 240 VAC50/60 Hz. PowerPact B-frame circuit breakers come in 1 to 4-pole unit mount construction also 1 to 3-pole I-Line construction. This PowerPact B, 20A, 2P, circuit breaker has a breaking capacity of 14kA@600Y/347VAC@50/60 Hz per UL 489 standards. This circuit breaker has a thermal-magnetic trip unit technology with a mechanical service life of 20000 cycles and an electrical service life of 10000 cycles@440V. This clip-on breaker has a presence of auxiliary contacts green signaling function. The I-Line lug can accept an AWG gauge AWG 6 / AWG 2/0, aluminium/copper. This breakers complies to UL, IEC, CCC, EAC, CSA, NOM standards. Powerpact B-Frame breakers have an operating altitude test condition of 2000 m without derating and a 5000 m with derating. Dimensions for this product are 137 mm (H),54 mm (W),80 mm (D) and a weight of 0.769kg. This breaker has a continuous current rating of 80%.

By maintaining constant pressure on the conductor without stripping the strands, it eliminates the need for periodic manual terminal re-torqueing, reducing maintenance overhead and preventing localized overheating and arcing.

- Built to adapt to fluid on-the-job requirements, this unit-mount breaker supports traditional back-pan screw mounting as well as direct clipping onto a standard 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail. This versatile mechanism eliminates mounting adaptation bottlenecks, letting field technicians pivot instantly during facility retrofits or custom control panel builds
- Engineered with an advanced dual-break contact architecture, the breaker dramatically limits peak fault current by breaking the internal arc at two distinct points simultaneously during a short circuit. Operating at an 18 kAIC interrupting rating at 480V, this high-speed clearing capability protects delicate downstream electronics, safeguards maintenance personnel, and significantly extends the service life of your electrical infrastructure.
