The compact smart relay provides a real alternative to solutions based on cabled logic or specific cards. It comes with display and without clock. Checks program memory on each power up and 0 to 240 with ladder programming number or control scheme lines. It has a rated supply voltage of 100V to 240V AC, a maximum supply current of 50mA at 240V (without extension), 100mA at 100V (without extension) and a power consumption of 11VA without extension. This wide operational threshold safeguards your logic programs against sudden voltage drops, brownouts, and minor grid fluctuations, allowing you to deploy the same control panel worldwide without modifying your transformer setups.
  • Each of the 8 normally open (NO) relay outputs is rated to safely conduct a continuous thermal current of up to 8 Amps across voltages ranging from 24V to 250V AC. This high switching capacity enables direct control over contactor coils, fractional horsepower motors, and signaling lights, reducing your bill of materials by eliminating intermediate isolating relays.
  • Configured through Zelio Soft 2 software, this relay supports both Function Block Diagram (FBD) and traditional Ladder Logic (LADDER) languages, alongside graphical programming options.
