    Description

    These TeSys VLS disconnect switches are for integration into control systems in applications like material handling, HVAC, pumping, solar energy, mining and many more. This family of disconnect switches has switches ranging from 16A to 125A. The 16A, 25A, 32A, 40A and 63A disconnect switches are UL508 motor disconnect switches rated. The 30A, 63A, 80A, 100A and 125A disconnect switches are UL98 non fusible disconnect switch rated. This auxiliary contact can be added to a VLS3P016D1, VLS3P025D1, VLS3P032D1, VLS3P040D1 or VLS3P063D1 door mount switch. This auxiliary contact can also be added to a VLS3P030D2, VLS3P063D2, VLS3P080D2, VLS3P100D2 or VLS3P125D2 door mount switch. This auxiliary contact can be mounted on the right or left hand side. This auxiliary contact has one normally open early break contact. The operational voltage of this auxiliary contact is 600 V. This auxiliary contact block has A600 and Q600 current ratings. The screw clamp terminals will accept 18 AWG to 6 AWG wire. This auxiliary contact is 2.86 inches tall, 0.35 inches wide and 1.82 inches deep. The switch weighs 0.07 lbs. This auxiliary contact module is cULus Listed and meets IEC 60947-3 requirements.

    • Outfitted with one Normally Open (NO) and one Normally Closed (NC) contact, this auxiliary block allows industrial automation systems to execute dual control-loop functions at once.     • Engineered with a symmetrical, ultra-slim 9mm profile, this auxiliary contact block can be snapped directly onto either the left- or right-hand side of the main disconnect switch. This versatile layout saves valuable enclosure space on packed 35mm DIN rails and accommodates tight cable routing without interfering with nearby motor control hardware or standard line terminal lugs.
    • Boasting a 690V AC insulation rating, a 10A conventional free-air thermal current capacity, and an 8 kV impulse withstand voltage, this module thrives in high-voltage industrial setups. It provides reliable feedback control under demanding operations in material handling, HVAC, pumping systems, and solar arrays, preventing tracking failures and internal breakdown during power surges.
    • This accessory is purpose-built to clip seamlessly onto both standard DIN rail and door-mounted TeSys VLS non-fusible and motor disconnect switches ranging from 16A to 125A (including VLS3P and VLS1P body styles). This universal range compatibility eliminates selection confusion and helps facility contractors maintain a single, highly efficient inventory part for all their local machinery isolation needs.
