- The module meets the highest global functional safety criteria, achieving up to Performance Level e (PL e)/Category 4 conforming to ISO 13849-1, SILCL 3 per IEC 62061, and SIL 3 per IEC 61508 for its normally open contacts. Integrating this unit into your control panel ensures full compliance with local Canadian safety regulations and offers peace of mind by preventing accidental machine startups during an active fault.
- Featuring a highly versatile, wide-range internal power circuit, this controller operates seamlessly on any supply voltage from 48 V to 240 V AC or DC. This wide input capability eliminates the hassle of ordering voltage-specific parts or installing extra step-down control transformers, significantly reducing your inventory management costs.
- The internal architecture embeds 1 dedicated control output alongside a heavy-duty contact layout consisting of 4 Normally Open (NO) safety outputs and up to 2 Normally Closed (NC) diagnostic outputs. The safety poles carry a robust operational rating of 5 A for AC-1 resistive loads, letting you reliably drop power to multiple upstream contactors and safety circuits simultaneously.
