The Schneider Square D QO115PCAFI is a 15-Amp, single-pole Plug-On Neutral (PoN) Combination Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter. This "smart" breaker is designed to detect both series and parallel arcs-dangerous electrical discharges that can occur from frayed wires or loose connections-tripping the circuit before a fire can start.
The "P" in the part number stands for Plug-On Neutral. Instead of a white "pigtail" wire that you have to manually land on the neutral bar, this breaker has a neutral clip built into the back. It snaps directly onto the neutral bar of a compatible QO Plug-On Neutral load center, creating a cleaner, faster, and more professional-looking panel.
