Description
Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

- The Schneider Electric XACA9412 is a black, booted push-button head designed specifically for the Harmony XAC pendant control stations. The flexible silicone boot prevents dust, water, and oil from entering the mechanism, making it the standard choice for Canadian hoist and crane applications where operators frequently work in rugged, unconditioned environments.
- Engineered for industrial signaling, this push-button provides distinct tactile feedback even when operated with heavy work gloves. The spring-return mechanism ensures the button snaps back to its original position instantly, providing the reliable, "non-sticky" performance required for precision inching or lifting operations on the job site.
- The XACA9412 features a simplified mounting design that fits perfectly into the standard 22mm cutouts of XACA pendant enclosures. It is held securely in place by a rear-mounted locking nut, allowing maintenance technicians to replace worn buttons or reconfigure control stations in minutes without specialized tools.
- Constructed from high-impact, chemical-resistant plastic, this button head is built to endure the mechanical shocks and drops common in warehouse and construction settings. The black color is molded through the material, ensuring that it won't fade or peel, maintaining a professional appearance even after years of daily use.
- As a modular operator, the XACA9412 is designed to work with XBT or ZB2 type contact blocks. This allows you to customize the electrical logic whether you need 1 NO, 1 NC, or a combination of both providing total flexibility for your specific crane or hoist control circuit.
