TeSys U auxiliary signaling contact block for TeSys U starter controllers. It provides 1NO contact for open/close status (OF contact) and 1NC contact for tripping status (SD contact), rated up to 5A 250V AC/DC. To be inserted in the provided location of the power base. Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- This specialized auxiliary signaling contact block is engineered to deliver precise status feedback from your motor starter assembly. It features a dual-contact configuration providing 1 NO contact to track open/close (OF) operation status, alongside 1 NC contact dedicated strictly to remote fault and trip (SD) signaling when the starter knob drops out of the ready position.
- Purpose-built for the Schneider Electric TeSys Ultra (TeSys U) intelligent motor management platform, this block is natively compatible with standard LUB12, LUB32, LUB120, and LUB320 power bases. It slides seamlessly into a dedicated, internal factory-molded slot inside the main power base without blocking other external communication accessories.
- The block relies on a tool-free, modular plug-and-play architecture that simplifies field deployment and control panel assembly. Maintenance technicians can drop the module straight into the pre-configured base cavity, vastly shortening commissioning windows and reducing wiring labor during system overhauls.
- The block features a rated insulation voltage of 250 V and carries full certification conforming to CSA, UL, and IEC 60947-5-1 standards.
