• Belonging to the heavy-duty TeSys Vario and Mini-Vario product lines, this module is engineered for universal side-mounting (left or right side). It clips directly onto the master switch-disconnector frames, making it fully compatible with Vario switch bodies V02 through V6 (ranging from 12A to 175A models) without increasing the depth of the enclosure layout.
• The block is configured with a 1 NO (Normally Open) + 1 NC (Normally Closed) contact set featuring specialized late-make NO and early-break NC mechanics. When the main switch handle is rotated to shut off equipment, the early-break NC contact opens a split second before the main power poles separate, safely dropping out upstream magnetic contactors and suppressing heavy electrical arcing before the physical disconnect occurs.
• Built for high-performance control environments, the auxiliary contacts carry an insulation rating of 690 V AC (50/60 Hz) with an 8 kV impulse withstand voltage. The contacts possess a conventional free-air thermal current of 12 Amps, comfortably piloting standard AC-15 command loops (up to 100,000 cycles) and DC-11 signaling grids (up to 30,000 cycles).
