    Description

    This Harmony ZB, white light block operates with an integral LED. It is supplied with 230V to 240V AC and uses screw clamp terminals. It has a plastic body. This light block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your signaling units. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible illuminated push-button or selector switch units via clip together assembly and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It enables visual distinction of signaling units via illumination by integral LED. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. It features high endurance LED lighting for less replacement and process downtimes. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.

    • The Schneider Electric ZBVM1 is a high-performance LED light block from the Harmony XB5 (plastic) and XB4 (metal) 22mm ranges. It provides the illumination source for pilot lights and illuminated push buttons. By using an integrated LED rather than a replaceable bulb, it offers superior vibration resistance and an incredibly long service life, making it a "set-and-forget" solution for Canadian industrial panels.
    • This specific block features a White LED. Because the color of the signal is typically determined by the plastic lens cap (the "head"), a white LED block is the most versatile choice. It can be paired with Green, Red, Amber, Blue, or Clear heads, allowing Canadian distributors and contractors to simplify their inventory by stocking one universal light block.
    • The ZBVM1 is designed to operate on 230V to 240V AC (50/60Hz). While 24V and 120V are common in North American automation, the 240V AC block is frequently used in Canadian pump stations, HVAC systems, and irrigation controls where the control voltage is tapped directly from a single phase of a 208V or 240V power source.
    • Despite its high brightness, the ZBVM1 draws very little current (typically less than 20mA). This low power consumption prevents "ghosting" or accidental activation caused by induced voltage in long cable runs—a common headache for electricians working in large Canadian manufacturing plants or warehouses.
