This product is part of the Zelio Logic range, an offer of smart relays for simple automation systems from 10 to 40 I/Os. The analogue I/O extension module provides 2 input/outputs. It is an extension module with an analogue output range of 0 to 10V and a maximum load current of 10mA for analogue output. It provides 10bit on the input range and 10bit on the output range. The temperature probe is Pt 100, 3-wire conforming to IEC 751. It is furnished with screw terminal for electrical connections. It is an IP20 and IP40 rated product. It weighs 0.11kg. It features built-in short-circuit protection on the outputs, preventing catastrophic electrical damage to your control loop during field wiring mishaps or sensor failures.
- To tackle varying industrial instrument signals, the two inputs offer exceptional field flexibility, supporting 0 10V voltage modes, 0 20mA current loops, and direct 3-wire Pt100 temperature probes conforming to IEC 751. The dual analog outputs deliver a stable 0 10V signal with a 10mA maximum load current, meaning you can comfortably drive variable frequency drives (VFDs), proportional valves, and process indicators without needing external signal conditioners.
- Equipped with an optimized 10-bit resolution across both input and output ranges, this module delivers crisp, reliable granularity such as a 9.8 mV LSB value on 0 10V ranges and a 0.15 C resolution for temperature monitoring. Combined with a tight conversion error threshold of +/- 1% of the full-scale value, it guarantees the highly repeatable measurement accuracy demanded by commercial HVAC, pumping, and material handling systems.
- Designed with space-saving efficiency in mind, this compact module measures just 35.5 mm wide, mounting instantly onto standard 35mm DIN rails via built-in retractable lugs.
