Description
TeSys D instantaneous auxiliary contact block, for contactors LC1D, LC1F and control relays CAD. It provides 2NO+2NC contacts (NC mirror certified) rated up to 10A/690V AC, connection by screw clamp terminals, and is used as safety chain indication thanks to its red front face. Clip-on front mounting, it procures high reliability and durability. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Featuring a high-visibility red front face (RAL 3000), this safety-dedicated block provides immediate visual identification of safety-critical control paths within your industrial panel. This allows automated system builders and maintenance electricians to easily isolate and trace safety feedback loops or emergency stop chains during routine troubleshooting and compliance audits.
- Outfitted with two Normally Open and two Normally Closed contacts, this add-on module expands your system logic without requiring any auxiliary relay space. It enables a single master contactor to simultaneously deliver standard run-state feedback to a PLC while managing critical hardwired safety interlocks and indicator circuits.
- Built with true mechanically linked mirror contacts certified to IEC 60947-5-1, the internal states are physically forced to never overlap. If a contactor main pole welds shut, the NC auxiliary contact is physically blocked from closing, completely avoiding dangerous dual-state feedback signals and giving safety monitoring relays accurate mechanical diagnostic data.
- Designed for a simple snap-on fit, this compact module clips directly onto the front face of all TeSys Deca and TeSys F contactors as well as CAD control relays. It expands your secondary control options without consuming valuable horizontal DIN rail real estate, keeping your overall motor starter footprint clean and tightly consolidated.
