Description
TeSys U auxiliary signaling contacts module to be inserted in standard power bases LUB12, LUB32, LUB38 or advanced power base LUB120, LUB320, LUB380. It indicates the ON/OFF running status of the motor, whatever the direction of rotation. It provides 1NO+1NC instantaneous auxiliary contacts rated 24-250V AC/DC 5A max. It is powered by the control unit. To be inserted in the cavity of a power base provided for the auxiliary modules. Certified when used in conjunction with a LUB power base (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine).
Features
- Equipped with 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) instantaneous contacts, this block delivers reliable power pole status signaling. It provides real-time feedback on whether the motor is running or stopped regardless of the motor s rotation direction making it easy to integrate secondary control loops, pilot lights, or PLC inputs.
- This highly versatile contact block operates smoothly across a wide range of control voltages up to 250V AC or DC, with a conventional free air thermal current ($I_{th}$) rated at 5A. It features a low minimum switching threshold of 17V and 5mA, ensuring glitch-free signaling performance even when connected to low-power, high-sensitivity digital control inputs.
