Description
These TeSys VLS disconnect switches are for integration into control systems in applications like material handling, HVAC, pumping, solar energy, mining and many more. This family of disconnect switches has switches ranging from 16A to 125A. The 16A, 25A, 32A, 40A and 63A disconnect switches are UL508 motor disconnect switches rated. The 30A, 63A, 80A, 100A and 125A disconnect switches are UL98 non fusible disconnect switch rated. This red rotary handle will work with any VLS3P DIN rail mount disconnect switch. Handle is defeatable per 60947-4-1. This handle mounts into a 0.89 in (22.5 mm) hole. 5 mm shafts are used with this handle. The front plate is yellow in color. The rotary handle will accept 1 to 3 padlocks that are 0.16 to 0.31 inch in diameter. Handle is marked 0 / OFF - 1 / ON. Handle is 2.56 inches tall, 2.56 inches wide and 2.85 inches deep. The handle weighs 0.14 lbs. This handle is NEMA 1, 3R, 12, 4 and 4X rated and IP65 rated. This handle is cULus Listed and meets IEC 60947-3 requirements.

- Designed to accommodate 1 to 3 safety padlocks with shackle diameters from 4 to 8 mm, the rugged protruding grip locks securely in the "0 / OFF" position. This mechanical isolation prevents the accidental re-energization of heavy machinery, protecting maintenance technicians in compliance with OSHA and CSA industrial safety regulations.
- Tailored as a precise mechanical interface for the entire TeSys VLS3P switch range (spanning 16 to 125 Amps), this handle keys directly onto standard 5 mm square operating shafts.
