Description
Amp-Trap ATMR fast-acting fuses are the smallest dimension 600V fuses suitable for branch-circuit protection. The ATMR is a popular choice for economical protection of control circuits and control circuit transformers where available short circuit currents exceed 10,000 amperes. ATMR's rejection dimensions prevent substitution by lesser rated fuses. These fast-acting fuses give current-limiting protection to general circuits.
Features
- Is fully rated for 4 Amps at up to 600V AC and 600V DC. This dual-voltage capability allows plant engineers to deploy it across both high-voltage AC control circuits and complex DC auxiliary power distribution networks.
- This Class CC fuse delivers a massive short-circuit interrupting rating of 200,000 Amps (200kA) AC and 100,000 Amps (100kA) DC. Its elite breaking capacity forces low peak let-thru current values during a short circuit, cleanly containing high destructive energies within the fuse body.
- The ultra-responsive fast-acting curve makes this unit the ideal choice for branch-circuit and supplemental protection of non-inductive electrical loads, including control circuits, lighting grids, control circuit transformers, and general-purpose loads. It provides excellent, economical branch isolation where available short-circuit currents exceed 10,000 Amps.
- Constructed with a heavy-duty Glass Melamine Laminate (GMG) body.
