Description
This Harmony XB7, Emergency stop 40mm mushroom head monolithic red push button operates with a latched-turn-to-release mechanism and screw clamp terminals. This emergency stop is easily installed into a standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a clear color and a prominent 40mm mushroom shape. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. It has a double insulated plastic bezel. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -25°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- The Harmony XB7 series features a standard 22.5 mm mounting diameter, making it an exact drop-in replacement for any conventional industrial enclosure cutout without the need for custom modifications. This universal sizing saves substantial installation time during emergency maintenance routines or rapid control panel rebuilds.
- Equipped with a heavy-duty mechanical latching system, this 40 mm red mushroom head requires an intentional turn-to-release twist action to reset after being triggered. This positive-latching design prevents accidental machinery restarts, guaranteeing that your manufacturing line or automated conveyor system remains completely immobilized until the hazard is thoroughly cleared.
- Out of the box, this monolithic unit provides a highly versatile 1 NO + 1 NC (1 Normally Open and 1 Normally Closed) electrical contact block profile utilizing standard screw clamp terminals. This dual-circuit layout allows you to simultaneously interrupt the power loop to your primary motor starters while routing an independent signaling line to a PLC or alert beacon, providing immediate diagnostic feedback across your industrial automation network.
- This high-performance component carries absolute global safety credentials, including UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14, and ISO 13850 certification for functional machine safety.
