Description
This ABL8 regulated switch mode power supply (SMPS) supplies direct current voltage. It has a rated input of 100V to 500V AC, a rated output current of 5A at 24V DC and a rated power output of 120W. Most of these power supplies have auto protection reset. A few have auto / manual protection reset. Some of these power supplies can be mounted directly to a panel. It is also equipped with a PFC (Power Factor Correction) filter. It has LED diagnostics indicator available in the front for troubleshooting instantly. Automatic reset allows short-term faults to be cleared and systems to restart without the need to disturb on-duty maintenance engineers. It installs on DIN rail and is 56mm-wide. It weighs 0,700kg. It is a power supply for industrial use, rail mounting. It conforms to UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 60950-1 standards. The GB2CD07, GB2CD08, GV2RT06 and GV2ME06 thermal magnetic circuit breakers are recommanded for its protection. It has LED diagnostics indicator available in the front for troubleshooting instantly. It installs on DIN rail. It brings energy to your automated systems. Designed for simple machines and applications, modular power supplies are primarily appreciated for their extreme compactness.

- Engineered for global versatility, the ABL8RPS24050 accepts a wide input voltage range from 100V to 500V AC across single-phase or phase-to-phase connections. This eliminates the need for stocking multiple power supply variants for different regional power grids, allowing industrial control panel builders to standardize on a single unit for international machinery exports.
- Delivering a highly stable 24V DC output at 5 Amps, this regulated switch-mode power supply features low ripple and noise filtration ($\le 200\text{ mV}$). This clean power profile prevents electronic component degradation, ensures precise analog sensor readings, and keeps industrial controllers operating without communication glitches or sudden field restarts.
- Built with intuitive front-facing LED indicators and an integrated diagnostic relay output, this power supply continuously monitors system health. Technicians can instantly verify status via the green/red status lights or route the hardware contact directly to a PLC input, allowing operators to detect overloads, short-circuits, or low-voltage states remotely before it leads to total system downtime.
- Housed in a compact, rugged metallic enclosure, the unit features a heavy-duty, integrated spring-loaded clip for standard 35mm DIN-rail mounting. This compact profile saves valuable rail space inside crowded automation enclosures, while its vibration-resistant lock ensures tight mechanical stability near heavy stamping presses, conveyor drives, or structural industrial mixers.
