Features

- When paired with standard Class J fuses, this heavy-duty switch delivers an outstanding 200 kA short-circuit current rating (SCCR) to withstand massive electrical fault energies without destructive cabinet failure. The surface-mount steel enclosure comes configured for Class J fuses out of the box.
- Purpose-built for grueling, heavy-application environments, this Square D disconnect features a robust, quick-make, quick-break blade mechanism that delivers a mechanical operational lifespan. The high-visibility, color-coded indicator handle stands up to continuous physical cycling while providing clear at-a-glance status, ensuring crisp contact engagement and reducing terminal pitting over years of service on busy factory floors.
- The line and load terminals are equipped with rugged, factory-installed mechanical lugs that securely accommodate a wide wiring range from AWG 14 to AWG 3 copper, or AWG 12 to AWG 3 aluminum. Complete with a pre-installed equipment grounding kit and clearly specified torque ratings up to 50 lbf.in, the spacious enclosure layout ensures electrical contractors have plenty of knuckle room to route thick conductors and complete code-compliant terminations efficiently.
