Description
This Harmony ZB, single contact block for staggered late break contact uses screw-clamp terminals. It is compatible with Harmony XB4 and XB5 control and signaling units. This contact block, uses for staggered late break contact operation, allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of specific control and signaling products. It is easily installed and replaced on XB4 and XB5 control and signalling units and connects to control circuits with screw-clamp connections. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. 1 million cycle high endurance under 6A load allows less maintenance and damage in your installation. It has clear color scheme for NO and NC contact block types. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.
Features
- The Schneider Electric Harmony ZBE202 is a specialized Normally Closed (NC) contact block. It is designed to be the "break" component of your control circuit, meaning it maintains electrical continuity until the attached actuator is pressed, making it an essential component for stop circuits and safety interlocks in Canadian industrial panels.
- This contact block is part of the modular Harmony XB4 (metal) and XB5 (plastic) 22mm ranges. It snaps easily onto the mounting collar of various operators, including standard push buttons, selector switches, and emergency stops, providing a flexible and interchangeable solution for custom control station builds.
- Featuring high-quality silver alloy contacts with a serrated "wiping" action, the ZBE202 ensures a clean electrical connection even in environments with dust or light oxidation. - This model utilizes screw-clamp terminals designed for secure, vibration-resistant terminations.
